Position:

Telecalling Executive / Customer Service Representative

Overview:
The collection executive is responsible for recovering outstanding payments from customers while maintaining a positive relationship with them.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services.
2. Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
3. Maintain records of customer interactions and update databases.
4. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
5. Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
6. Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
7. Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

 

Salary Range:

8,000 – 10,000 per month (depending on experience & performance)

 

 

Required Qualifications:

Minimum: 10th / 12th Pass

Preferred: Graduate in any discipline

 

Preferred Skills:

1. Excellent verbal communication in Hindi/English (or regional language).
2. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, etc.).
3. Good listening and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets.
5. Positive attitude and convincing skills.
